Shipping is complimentary on orders over 40 OMR equivalent. Customs duties, where applicable, are prepaid by RIVA.
How returns work
Open your order in your account, choose Return, and a courier collects the sealed parcel from your address. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of inspection.
What cannot be returned
Opened perfume bottles, custom-blended oils, engraved flacons and gift sets with a broken seal cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
